Elastic is hiring a Senior Solutions Architect with a security background for a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai, India. The architect serves as the technical reference and counselor for the sales team, customers, partners and the community, applying the Elastic Stack to problems customers face.
As technical lead for assigned accounts, the architect supports account managers, identifies what customers hope to achieve, and shows how Elastic offerings serve those goals. Relationships of value are built at every level of customer organizations, and the architect joins the work early, from discovery onward, and stays until the technical case is won.
Other tasks include demonstrating Elastic products at sales meetings, meetups and conferences, advising sales on positioning, onboarding partners, and producing collateral with colleagues. The architect also relays needs, gaps and suggested enhancements from customers and the community to engineering and leadership groups.
