- Hands-on practice supporting core managed service provider tools including Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Server, and virtualization platforms
- Capability to perform end-to-end ticket ownership and execute root cause analysis
- Practical networking skills involving firewalls, VLANs, routing, switching, VPNs, and subnetting
- Strong communication and documentation skills tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences
Qualifications

- Direct experience operating firewall platforms such as Fortinet, SonicWall, and Meraki
- Background in designing or fixing complex and problematic client networks
- Familiarity with supporting hybrid cloud infrastructures and network-linked cloud services
- Prior involvement in mentoring or upskilling junior engineers through technical guidance, shadowing, or documentation
- Knowledge of automation, scripting, or process improvement initiatives inside a managed service provider context
