Allshore Talent is hiring a Senior Tech Recruiter for a full-time, fully remote position based in Pakistan. Working hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Central Time in the U.S., shifting with daylight saving. The recruiter reports to the Director of Recruitment, and optional in-person work is available in Karachi, Lahore or Islamabad.
The recruiter owns the whole hiring path: clarifying the brief, sourcing, screening, running assessments, submitting candidates and booking interviews. The work is hands-on and centered on proactive sourcing, which means finding and courting people who have not applied, using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean queries, referrals and talent communities. Pipelines are built for Pakistan and abroad, including the United States, Latin America, EMEA regions, India and the Philippines. Several requisitions may run at once, so client updates and ATS records must stay current. Most openings are technical, particularly software engineering, with some project management, enterprise platform, sales and business roles.

Responsibilities
- Handle a role end to end: clarify needs, source, screen, assess, submit and schedule interviews

- Judge candidates' experience, communication, motivation and fit
- Write clear candidate submissions and join client intake calls
- Juggle multiple open requisitions and keep the ATS current
Requirements

- Experience handling high-volume, concurrent requisitions
- Strong technical recruiting, especially for software engineers
- Hands-on history of working with American clients or hiring managers
