The ideal candidate maintains project timelines and ensures financial accuracy before launch.
Responsibilities
- Manage client onboarding projects from sales hand-off to live launch
- Configure platform settings including listings, rates, channel connections, messaging, and financial modules
- Partner with connection specialists on previous system data migrations and verify accuracy before launch
- Instruct client teams, daily users, and managers on platform utilization and artificial intelligence tools
- Troubleshoot and investigate configuration, synchronization, and integration problems
- Utilize Claude and other artificial intelligence tools daily for data analysis, configuration preparation, and drafting materials
- Track onboarding pipeline stages, timelines, and blockers weekly
