Job Description
Netomi is seeking a Senior Technical PM for its Applied AI team to guide product strategy and roadmaps for its enterprise agentic AI platform. This role operates remotely and centers on defining multi-quarter plans for the Agents platform, driving features from discovery to launch, and connecting product investments directly to key business outcomes like autonomous resolution rates and cost per resolution.
This position requires a hands-on approach. The selected candidate will collaborate directly with AI labs, test new model capabilities, build and prototype agents, design evaluations, and debug production failures. Responsibilities span agent reasoning, tool use, memory management, human-in-the-loop workflows, and enterprise governance. The ideal candidate combines 4 to 8 years of technical product, applied AI, or research engineering experience with the ability to bridge engineering, research, data science, QA, and go-to-market teams.
Netomi works with major global brands to provide scalable customer experience automation. The company is backed by prominent investors including Index Ventures, Y Combinator, and WndrCo.
Responsibilities
- Define and oversee the multi-quarter roadmap for the Agents platform from problem discovery to outcome tracking.
- Partner with enterprise customers, Customer Success, Delivery, and Sales to identify high-value problems and translate them into product requirements.
- Lead cross-functional alignment across engineering, research, data science, QA, and go-to-market teams without direct authority.
- Manage execution cadences including quarterly inputs, monthly scope locks, weekly reviews, and launch readiness sign-offs.
- Track adoption per capability, publish monthly outcome readouts, and conduct post-incident reviews.
- Engage directly with AI labs and model providers to test early access features and provide evidence-based feedback.
- Build prototypes, connect APIs and MCP tools, and run offline tests, shadow modes, and canary releases.
- Design evaluation scorecards for task completion, tool success, policy compliance, latency, and cost while debugging production failures.
Requirements
- Possess roughly four to eight years of relevant experience in a deeply technical product role, applied AI engineering, or research engineering.
- Demonstrate proven ownership of a complex technical product area with features delivered to enterprise customers.
- Understand LLM reasoning, tool calling, multi-step task execution, orchestration patterns, evaluation methods, and production observability.
- Show technical fluency with APIs, cloud environments, and AI deployment workflows.
- Exhibit strong communication skills to align multidisciplinary teams and present effectively to executives.
Qualifications
- Experience shipping AI agent products at conversational AI or enterprise AI platform companies.
- Direct experience working with AI labs or model providers through early-access programs and model evaluations.
- Familiarity with agent frameworks, protocols such as LangGraph and MCP, and voice AI.
- Background in regulated or mission-critical industries such as banking, airlines, healthcare, or payments, along with large SI partner experience.
- Public work to show, such as a code repository, demo, blog post, or talk.
