Job Description

KarmaCheck is modernizing credentialing, background screening, and verification for the staffing sector, with a primary focus on healthcare. Founded by former LinkedIn co-founder and original CTO Eric Ly, the company creates vertical artificial intelligence agents designed to automate compliance procedures traditionally performed manually. KarmaCheck operates as a remote employer.

The organization seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager for Customer Solutions to act as the primary technical expert on the product team for customer integrations. In this capacity, the professional will bridge the gap between AI products and client systems such as Workday, Symplr CTM, and Bullhorn. Responsibilities include resolving complex integration inquiries, scoping and delivering custom solutions alongside engineering, and ensuring artificial intelligence features launch successfully within customer environments.

This position suits an independent thinker with strong interpersonal skills who can generate multiple options, spot recurring patterns, and apply systems thinking. The role requires direct client interaction during non-standard implementation scenarios, transforming repeated questions into documentation, and guiding projects through delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in client and prospect discussions covering customization, troubleshooting, and API capabilities once conversations advance past standard pitches
  • Deploy artificial intelligence products into customer systems and collaborate with product teams on API and partner integration requirements
  • Design system integration architectures including data flows, field and status mapping, configuration, and error handling
  • Partner with engineering to oversee customer solutions from inception to go-live by writing specifications, tracking progress, and communicating with stakeholders
  • Collaborate directly with platforms such as Bullhorn, Symplr CTM, Workday, and direct sourcing partners
  • Convert frequent integration inquiries into documentation and configuration guides for Customer Success and Implementation teams

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical product management, technical implementation, or integration and solutions architecture at a software firm
  • Direct working experience with customers and high emotional intelligence
  • Practical background using REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, and data mapping
  • Ability to review API documentation, test calls using tools like Postman, and conceptualize integration mechanics independently
  • Demonstrated skill in authoring written requirements, translating client requests into engineering specifications, and managing project execution

Qualifications

  • Prior background in healthcare staffing, background screening, compliance, or credentialing
  • Familiarity with HCM, ATS, HRIS, or VMS ecosystems including Workday, Symplr, and Bullhorn
  • Proficiency with light scripting or SQL for reporting, troubleshooting, and testing
  • Experience launching automation or artificial intelligence features inside client environments

Benefits
