Responsibilities
- Manage and improve the operational processes and tools used by HR Technology delivery teams
- Coordinate between product development units and internal stakeholders to prioritize backlogs and establish release schedules
- Identify and mitigate project delivery risks whenever possible
- Monitor project health metrics and ticket backlogs for each assigned team
- Determine when projects require hands-on management versus established process frameworks
- Facilitate retrospective sessions to promote continuous improvement and shared learning across teams
Requirements
- Minimum of seven years of professional experience in a PMO, engineering organization, technical program management delivery, support, or analytics role
- Proven background in managing HR-related technical programs from start to finish
- Proficiency in agile delivery methods and project tracking tools like JIRA, Smartsheet, and GSuite
- Residency in or near Gurugram to fulfill the hybrid work requirements
