This remote role centers on supporting a Responsible AI program within a large enterprise technology environment. Approximately eighty percent of the work focuses on technical development, reporting, automation, and operational enhancements, while the remaining twenty percent involves Responsible AI governance and impact assessments. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver capable of independent execution from concept to deployment.

Responsibilities
- Design, create, update, and maintain business applications and automated workflows utilizing Power Apps and Power Automate
- Construct solutions that optimize intake procedures, case management, and operational tasks
- Diagnose and resolve complex application and automation difficulties independently
- Handle configuration, maintenance, testing, and upgrades for applications incorporating Dataverse
- Discover avenues for manual process automation, reliability enhancement, and efficiency gains
- Engage with business stakeholders to convert ambiguous needs into functional technical answers
- Analyze current business workflows, spot bottlenecks, and propose scalable fixes
- Create process diagrams, technical documentation, user stories, and functional specifications
- Manage technical and operational initiatives end-to-end from requirements gathering to support
- Oversee concurrent projects while balancing schedules, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
- Construct and upkeep operational reporting dashboards via Power BI or equivalent tools
- Participate in Responsible AI governance reviews, impact evaluations, and related operational tasks
Requirements
- Demonstrated hands-on background in building, designing, launching, and sustaining enterprise business apps and automated workflows
- Practical expertise with Power Apps and Power Automate for independent development and troubleshooting
- Proven capacity to pilot technical initiatives from requirements through deployment and ongoing support
- Solid technical diagnostic abilities to investigate intricate problems and find root causes
- Experience transforming business requirements into technical specs and functional solutions
- Program and project management capability handling multiple priorities and cross-functional stakeholders
- Capacity to operate autonomously in ambiguous settings with minimal oversight
- Strong analytical reasoning regarding interconnected systems and data flows
- Written and verbal communication skills including stakeholder presentations and technical documentation
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship
Qualifications
- Experience building solutions with Dataverse
- Background creating reporting solutions and dashboards in Power BI
- Familiarity with APIs, SQL, data integrations, or related technologies
- Experience crafting AI-enabled workflows, AI agents, or tools using Copilot Studio or similar platforms
- Exposure to compliance, privacy, Responsible AI, technology risk management, or governance processes
- Previous work inside large enterprise technology environments
- Background supporting process modernization, operational transformation, or enterprise automation
