The organization's People team seeks an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to guide end-to-end recruitment efforts.
This professional will handle full life cycle recruitment for technical roles, focusing heavily on sourcing passive candidates, overseeing the interview process, and managing compensation benchmarks in alignment with government contractor compliance. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of People and Culture, this team member will work closely with hiring managers and recruiting leadership to address hiring needs, maintain accurate candidate records, and manage applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse. While being situated near a company office is preferred, strong applicants residing in certain states may work remotely.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiting leadership to resolve challenges across the hiring cycle.
- Manage online applicant tracking, review resumes, identify qualified individuals, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Arrange phone, video conference, and additional interviews across the organization.
- Partner with hiring managers to create requisitions that accurately detail duties, responsibilities, experience, education, certifications, and required security classifications.
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and research to provide guidance on equitable offers.
- Source top talent utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn and ZipRecruiter.
- Keep hiring managers updated on recruitment status and hiring requirements.
- Maintain recruitment records and ensure compliance.
- Represent the company positively to candidates and employees.
Requirements
- Minimum of eight years of full life cycle recruiting experience within a corporate or agency setting, focusing on technical roles such as software development, AI/ML engineering, and technical program management.
- At least two years of previous recruiting experience within the aerospace sector.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing an applicant tracking system, with familiarity using Greenhouse.
- Strong background in candidate sourcing, internet searching, compensation negotiation, interview scheduling, and social media networking via LinkedIn.
- Experience using compensation benchmarking tools to map out recommendations for positions and offers.
- Familiarity with recruitment compliance, reporting, and government contractor hiring.
- Proven experience managing calendars using Outlook and recruiting for non-exempt positions.
- Familiarity with U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including ITAR, requiring U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, protected individual status, or eligibility for State Department authorizations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Background in the space or satellite industry.
- Experience recruiting candidates with security clearances.
- SHRM-CP or another human resources certification.
