The enterprise currently requires a Senior Technical Sourcer on a contract basis to manage the initial recruitment funnel for critical technical disciplines. Responsibilities
- Manage the top of the recruitment funnel for difficult-to-fill and complex technical positions focusing on autonomy, machine learning, and executive hiring
- Design and execute targeted, creative sourcing strategies utilizing tools such as Findem, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and alternative channels
- Craft compelling and authentic outreach messages while tracking industry leaders to maintain an active talent pipeline
- Participate in intake meetings, assist with job requirement calibration, and share market insights regarding talent availability and compensation
- Perform preliminary technical screens to evaluate candidate backgrounds, career motivations, and organizational fit
- Hand off qualified candidates to recruiters accompanied by thorough screening notes while maintaining applicant tracking system data hygiene
- Monitor pipeline conversion metrics to measure outreach performance, isolate productive channels, and iterate quickly
Requirements
- Four or more years of technical sourcing experience
- Proven expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern AI-driven sourcing platforms like Findem
- Demonstrated capability to utilize AI tools and automation for optimizing sourcing efficiency and personalizing outreach
- Written and verbal communication skills capable of delivering a candidate-centric experience
- Ability to evaluate technical scope and motivations during fluid screening conversations without rigid scripts
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Strong technical acumen with preferred familiarity in machine learning, autonomous vehicles, or complex hardware and software systems
