Findem seeks a Senior UX Designer for a remote, six-month contract position to help shape the user experience of its AI-driven recruiting products and agent platform. This role suits a professional with a strong background in interaction design who can refine workflows, build intuitive interfaces, and design new agentic patterns where users collaborate with AI systems. Operating within the Executive Search team, the designer will partner directly with engineering and product groups, engage with customers early through prototyping, and contribute front-end code polish.
Findem operates as an AI platform providing talent outcomes through a labeling engine that translates unstructured data into verified success and relationship signals. Organizations rely on Findem to enhance talent pipelines, reduce expenses, and improve efficiency across executive search and workforce planning.
Responsibilities
- Design advanced user experiences and agentic patterns across RRA, RaaS, and Executive Search platforms
- Shape and present multi-agent interactions, agent outputs, and associated artifacts
- Create early customer prototypes and conduct exploratory work for Executive Search
- Develop user workflows and experience strategies for RRA SaaS
- Submit front-end code polish pull requests without handling back-end code or API contracts
Requirements
- Have at least five years of experience designing and shipping digital products with a portfolio of live work
- Demonstrate a track record of moving rapidly from initial concept to prototype in early-stage environments
- Possess solid fundamentals in user journey mapping, information architecture, and simplifying complex workflows
- Apply design systems consistently across various surfaces using reusable components
- Demonstrate hands-on front-end proficiency with modern stacks like React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and component libraries
Qualifications
- Bring 0-to-1 or exploratory product experience, ideally within SaaS or B2B sectors
- Show comfort collaborating directly within an engineering codebase and workflow utilizing Git, pull requests, and design QA
- Hold a bachelor degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience
- Possess experience designing for AI-native or agentic products involving streaming outputs, chat interfaces, and human-in-the-loop reviews
