Operating in a remote capacity, this leadership role is responsible for overseeing project managers and analysts, managing project timelines and deliverables, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will guide software-based product implementations and coordinate service integrations with major health information systems and clearinghouses.
The position involves evaluating operational effectiveness, building scalable structures, and aligning business objectives with information technology and executive leadership. Additionally, the individual will assist the sales and marketing division with business development proposals and explore potential revenue streams. Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation team of project managers and analysts handling software implementations and service integrations
- Direct solution designs within software environments involving major health information systems and clearinghouses
- Manage executive-level client relationships and ensure prompt resolution of reported issues
- Establish tracking systems to measure delivery speed, quality, and client satisfaction
- Align business objectives across operations, sales, marketing, finance, and information technology departments
- Assist sales and marketing with pricing strategies, proposals, and prospect presentations
- Coordinate technology projects focused on increasing revenue and decreasing costs
- Research and propose new revenue streams to senior management
Requirements
- Ten or more years of experience implementing complex, enterprise software in a software-as-a-service environment
- Minimum of five years in a customer-facing role
- Minimum of five years of senior leadership experience
- Ability to travel up to twenty percent of the time
