The person in this position will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including designers, product marketers, engineers, and researchers to craft effective messaging across various touchpoints, ranging from application flows and in-app screens to error alerts and legal notices.
Alongside project work within the borrowing sector, the selected writer will join the wider Writing discipline to help elevate overall communication standards at Monzo. Duties involve supporting team members, reviewing content, championing a distinct voice built on straightforward kindness, everyday magic, and warm wit, and helping colleagues improve their practical writing abilities. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product designers on interface screens and user flows
