TWO95 International, Inc is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join their team on a remote contract basis, with candidates residing in California receiving preference. This position suits an experienced technical professional who specializes in building, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow solutions tailored to organizational needs. The chosen candidate will focus heavily on ServiceNow HRSD development while managing the complete lifecycle from initial setup to deployment and ongoing production support.
In this capacity, the developer will handle custom application development, integrations, and administrative tasks across the platform. Daily responsibilities include setting up workflows, establishing security controls, creating data reports, and resolving technical defects. Ideal applicants should demonstrate extensive technical expertise and strong interpersonal abilities to ensure knowledge transfer and effective problem resolution. TWO95 International, Inc requires independent contracting on a 1099 rate structure for this assignment.
Responsibilities
- Build and configure ServiceNow HRSD applications and workflows
- Set up tables, forms, fields, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and notifications
- Design Flow Designer workflows and automated procedures
- Manage access control lists, user roles, permissions, and role-based access control
- Construct reports, dashboards, data filters, and data exports
- Create and maintain REST and SOAP API integrations
- Conduct software testing, fix defects, execute deployments, and handle production support
- Write technical documentation and deliver knowledge transfer sessions
Requirements
- Minimum of seven years of experience in ServiceNow development and configuration
- Demonstrated hands-on background in ServiceNow HRSD
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes
- Familiarity with access control lists, role-based access control, and platform security
- Experience building reports, dashboards, and integrations
- Background in testing, application deployment, and production environment support
- Strong verbal communication and analytical problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Practical experience utilizing Flow Designer and automated workflows
