Pontoonglobal is recruiting a ServiceNow developer with five years of total experience for an offshore position. The developer builds and configures functionality in the APM and EA workspaces, covering app portfolio cleanup, tech risk reviews and lifecycle workflows.
Day to day, the developer scripts on the ServiceNow platform and connects it to outside platforms, for example CMDB discovery tools and finance applications. These integrations use REST and SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub. The developer also applies the Common Service Data Model to keep application data accurate in the CMDB, and troubleshoots configuration, integration and performance issues in APM and EA with scalable fixes.
Applicants need solid JavaScript, Glide API, Jelly, HTML and CSS skills, practical work with rules, scripts, workflows, Flow Designer and portal widgets, and a thorough grasp of CMDB design and CSDM.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Build new APM and EA workspace functions, including lifecycle management workflows
- Develop and maintain integrations with CMDB discovery and enterprise systems
- Apply CSDM principles to keep application data accurate in the CMDB
- Troubleshoot complex APM and EA configuration, integration and performance issues
Requirements
- Five years of total experience
- Strong JavaScript, Glide API, Jelly, HTML and CSS skills
