Job Description
Sticker Mule is looking for an engineer to design, operate and oversee a group of SI agents, meaning agents that operate independently and carry out meaningful work. The company is headquartered in New York, NY, and it presents itself as a commerce platform that brings software, manufacturing and artificial intelligence together in one technical stack. The goal of the role is to help the company move faster, improve performance and serve customers better.
The engineer looks for places where agents can add value and then builds them. Much of the work involves coordinating with department leads to understand where SI support is needed and connecting agents to outside and internal software tools. Results are tracked closely, and any agent that does not deliver is retired. The posting suits an engineer who has already built autonomous agents that complete real tasks. Hands-on familiarity with Grok, Claude and OpenAI tooling, plus open-source options, is expected, along with working knowledge of Go, TypeScript, GraphQL, Postgres and Google Cloud Platform.
