Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the health, availability, and performance of production services and automation platforms
- Lead incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause investigations to reduce service interruptions
- Enhance system observability through metrics, dashboards, monitoring, alerting, and operational reporting
- Collaborate with development teams to boost operational readiness, scalability, and system reliability
- Oversee deployment, testing, configuration, and release activities across various automation solutions
- Automate operational procedures to decrease manual labor and elevate platform stability
- Identify and mitigate production risks while enforcing top reliability standards within the Automation Office
Requirements
- Hold at least two years of technical experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Systems Engineering, Application Support, or a related domain
- Bring experience in supporting production frameworks, applications, or platforms within a large-scale enterprise environment
- Demonstrate a strong grasp of incident management, root cause analysis, monitoring, alerting, and system reliability
- Possess familiarity with production deployments, quality assurance, software testing, and configuration management
- Understand CI/CD pipelines, release management, and source code management best practices
- Show proficiency with scripting, automation technologies, or infrastructure-as-code tools such as Python, Ansible, PowerShell, Terraform, Selenium, or RPA
- Maintain home internet service with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps
- Provide a dedicated, private workspace free from ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI and HIPAA data
Qualifications
- Earned a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, computer science, or a related field
