Job Description
This is a full-time, hybrid SMB Account Manager role in Manchester city centre. The SMB team looks after desk-based relationships with restaurant partners, and the account manager serves as the main adviser for a portfolio of them. The purpose is to help partners run their delivery operations well, attract fresh customers and get the most out of the platform's technology.
The schedule is three days in the office and two days working remotely. The account manager acts as the link between restaurant partners and internal teams, making sure solutions suit each partner's particular circumstances. The base salary is £29,300 with a bonus of up to £6,000 a year. The posting gives a start date of 5 October 2026.
Applicants should have worked in account management, including phone-based support and sales. Problem solving that draws on data, a clear and persuasive phone manner, interest in technology and a results-focused outlook are all important. The posting outlines an interview process starting with a short online assessment and phone screen run by an AI assistant, followed by a recruiter call, a manager interview that may include a case study, and a decision.
