Productive Playhouse is seeking participants for a remote mobile messaging data collection project. The organization specializes in global data and language services, focusing on transcription, translation, localization, linguistic analysis, and AI evaluation to preserve languages and cultures.
In this role, contributors will submit authentic scam and spam SMS messages received on their personal mobile devices. The purpose of this work is to help improve scam-detection technology and make mobile messaging safer for users globally. This position offers a flexible schedule and project-based engagement.

Responsibilities
- Submit authentic SMS messages meeting project guidelines
- Classify each text as either Scam or Spam
- Categorize submissions according to the appropriate message type
- Ensure submissions are complete, accurate, and meet quality standards
- Follow all project instructions and submission requirements
Requirements
- Native or expert-level fluency in Italian as spoken in Italy
- Current location in Italy
- Access to a personal mobile device
- Possession of an Italy phone number
- Ability to follow project guidelines and quality standards
