In this position, the professional will guide online reputation management and social media strategy for the company and its subsidiaries. Responsibilities include monitoring daily activity, identifying brand mentions, reviewing incoming feedback, tracking trends, and producing performance reports.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate social media strategies across corporate, agency, and individual levels with the marketing team
- Monitor corporate social media inboxes and assign messages to the appropriate internal teams
- Use listening tools like Sprinklr Insights to maintain and monitor internal and external brand reputation
- Analyze social media performance data to create weekly and monthly reports for strategy teams and divisional leadership
- Collaborate with the strategy team to identify data trends and build social media initiatives
- Review incoming feedback via Birdeye and communicate low-rated or unanswered reviews to the strategy team
- Build competitor reports to identify growth opportunities for the brand's social media presence and reputation
- Track upcoming trends to support content development and channel growth
Requirements
- 1-2 years of professional experience in social media management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Familiarity with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite, Sprinklr, or Sprout
- Experience with online reputation platforms like Birdeye, Talkwalker, or Google My Business
- Reliable and predictable attendance of the assigned shift
- Ability to work full time based on position specifications
