Swoogo is hiring a Software Developer II, Pro Services to act as a client-facing technical specialist. In this position, the professional will design, build, and deliver customized technical solutions that expand upon the Swoogo platform. Responsibilities include creating branded event websites, setting up integrations, transforming data, and implementing custom functionality. The professional will collaborate directly with customers and internal teams to turn business needs into scalable technical architectures, offering feasibility assessments, effort estimations, and risk identification.

Responsibilities
- Develop responsive front-end interfaces utilizing HTML, CSS, SCSS, and JavaScript.
- Build and brand custom client websites on the Swoogo platform while maintaining visual consistency.
- Optimize websites, integrations, and solutions for performance, reliability, and cross-device compatibility.
- Design and maintain software integrations via REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware.
- Interpret API documentation to build and troubleshoot integrations across various platforms and authentication schemes.
- Collaborate with customers and internal colleagues to map data models and resolve technical challenges.
- Write maintainable code, document technical solutions clearly, and utilize Git for version control.
- Test and debug front-end builds, API calls, and webhooks to ensure high quality.
- Gather client requirements, assess feasibility, spot dependencies, and estimate project effort.
- Act as a technical advisor in customer meetings to communicate complex ideas and train clients on delivered solutions.
- Manage multiple client projects concurrently to ensure timely delivery against quality benchmarks.
- Leverage automation and AI tools to improve workflows and efficiency without compromising quality.
Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of web development experience with front-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SCSS.
- Demonstrate a proven background in owning development and delivery for branded websites and integration projects.
- Possess proficiency in at least one modern JavaScript framework or language such as Vue.js, React, or TypeScript.
- Understand core web development principles including responsive design, accessibility via WCAG, and performance best practices.
