This role suits driven engineers who enjoy building SaaS platforms and supporting infrastructure. The position involves collaborating with product managers, testing engineers, and developers to release value to customers rapidly through iterative updates. Team members take ownership of features across the entire software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with developers, testing engineers, and product managers to deliver customer value
- Work across the full stack to release small, iterative updates quickly
- Take ownership of features and changes throughout the software development lifecycle
Requirements
- Experience collaborating across engineering and product teams with strong communication skills
- Professional background working in NodeJS, TypeScript, and React or alternative frameworks
- Hands-on experience building serverless and managed services within AWS, such as Lambda, S3, and SQS
- Proficiency with general SQL as well as MySQL and PostgreSQL
- Expertise in software design and implementation adhering to best practices on the frontend, backend, or both
- Understanding of architectural approaches including microservices, monoliths, and SOA
- Familiarity with storage and caching technologies, system scaling, and optimization
