Participants will engage with AI-assisted software development, execute scoped engineering tasks end-to-end, and take part in internal program events. Responsibilities
- Complete designated technical projects focusing on quality and incorporating feedback from peers, managers, and mentors.
- Execute scoped technical assignments end-to-end to support Pinterest infrastructure and products.
- Produce code that is tested, operable, and properly documented.
- Communicate questions, ideas, and viewpoints respectfully while incorporating feedback.
- Engage with learning and development programs to advance technical and professional capabilities.
- Work alongside team members on production-focused projects aligned with company objectives.

Requirements
- Current enrollment in a school or educational program pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
- Demonstrated understanding of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures.
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence as a learning, productivity, and coding partner while maintaining judgment regarding accuracy and security.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or C++, alongside familiarity with related technologies or frameworks like React.
- Non-academic coding experience such as personal projects, hackathons, open source contributions, or code challenges.
- Ability to work onsite in the Zurich office 2 to 3 weekdays per week and reside within a commutable distance.

- Anticipated completion of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field by June 2028.
