Domino Data Lab seeks a remote Solution Architect for a full-time position with a salary ranging from USD 200,000 to 250,000 per year. The platform provides a streamlined model development environment along with MLOps capabilities and features for collaboration and reproducibility. As part of the Professional Services team, the Solution Architect embeds Domino into complex enterprise IT landscapes, covering hybrid cloud, on-premises, and air-gapped environments. This role suits professionals who can lead technical execution on strategic deployments, design reference architectures, and translate field observations into roadmap inputs for engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical execution on strategic deployments across multi-cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments
- Design end-to-end reference architectures covering data, identity, security, and infrastructure in regulated settings
- Build and document field integrations across the AI and machine learning ecosystem
- Partner with account and sales engineering teams on scoping, custom demonstrations, and proof of concepts
- Translate field insights into actionable roadmap inputs for product and engineering groups
Requirements
- At least five years of hands-on production experience with Kubernetes
- Direct background managing strategic customer relationships at the CTO or platform-lead level
- Practical experience with at least one major cloud provider including AWS, Azure, or GCP
Qualifications
- Demonstrated enterprise Kubernetes implementations in production settings, with OpenShift serving as a strong signal
- Hands-on background with AI, data platforms, or MLOps tooling such as Domino, particularly within regulated industries
