XTGLOBAL INFOTECH LIMITED is hiring a Solution Architect for a contract position focused on MCA Rule 3 Compliance for India Implementation. This remote role requires travel to Mohali for meetings. The professional in this position will spearhead the design and deployment of a compliant, audit-ready hosting and backup framework for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP to satisfy Ministry of Corporate Affairs Rule 3 regulations for Indian legal entities.
This role fits experienced enterprise architects who specialize in Oracle ERP solutions and regulatory compliance projects. Key duties involve acting as the primary technical contact for statutory auditors, the Finance Head, and compliance personnel, alongside designing ETL and hosting setups using Oracle DBCS, APEX, and SFTP servers located in India. The selected architect will oversee daily incremental backups, establish audit trails, deliver real-time dashboards, and mitigate risks associated with data integrity and infrastructure provisioning. Additional tasks include drafting business requirement documents, statements of work, and compliance records, while participating in user acceptance testing and audit walkthroughs.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main technical point of contact for the Finance Head, compliance units, and statutory auditors
- Design and deploy a secure, scalable ETL and hosting setup for Books of Account data across Oracle Fusion modules
- Build data pipelines utilizing Oracle APEX, DBCS, and SFTP servers hosted in India
- Set up daily incremental backups, real-time dashboards, and robust audit trails
- Maintain complete adherence to MCA Rule 3 mandates encompassing 2022 and 2023 updates regarding data residency and accessibility
- Mitigate risks tied to audit failures, data integrity, and infrastructure provisioning
- Coordinate with internal staff and implementation partners to track milestones and dependencies
- Draft statements of work, business requirement documents, and compliance records
- Assess and propose tools and platforms like Oracle BI Publisher and APEX for performance and compliance
- Take part in audit walkthroughs and user acceptance testing sessions
Requirements
- Over 10 years of professional experience in enterprise architecture concentrating on Oracle ERP solutions
- Demonstrated background in regulatory compliance initiatives, particularly MCA Rule 3 or comparable mandates
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial modules within Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
- Background in collaborating with audit teams and demonstrating compliance proof
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, data security guidelines, and India-based hosting
- Proficient communication and stakeholder coordination capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Practical background using Oracle DBCS and Oracle APEX
