The position suits a strategic yet hands-on professional who can collaborate across departments to drive delivery priorities and manage stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

- Lead backlog grooming, priority refinement, and requirements alignment sessions with the delivery team
- Analyze customer call recordings and other signals to surface valuable operational insights
- Collaborate with Sales, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams to identify pain points and upselling opportunities
- Engage directly with clients to observe product usage patterns and discover new problem-solving avenues
- Build relationships with external ecosystem partners including technology platforms, analysts, and channel partners
Requirements
- Possess five to ten or more years of product management experience creating B2B SaaS or data products for external users
- Demonstrate ability to build, validate, and present business cases quickly and clearly
- Show comfort working with remote sensing and geospatial technology
- Write technical requirements precise enough for immediate execution by engineering teams
- Bring a proven track record of meeting deadlines while juggling multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Communicate clearly and confidently across cross-functional groups
Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or possess equivalent practical experience
- Prior experience selling to or working with government customers, including familiarity with public sector procurement
- Previous experience utilizing geospatial data
- Familiarity with Autodesk, Bentley, or Esri products
