Job Description
Grab, through its Grabber Technology Solutions team, is hiring a Solution Specialist for Finance Systems in Manila on a full-time, on-site basis. The specialist works with finance users to define requirements and future-state processes, then leads change requests and implementations in the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP environment, with a focus on record-to-report. The role covers testing coordination, Oracle upgrades, process documentation and training materials, and works with partners and Oracle Support.
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements from finance users, document future-state processes and carry out fit-gap analysis.
- Lead change requests and implementations from design through testing, deployment and post-go-live stabilization.
- Coordinate system integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect resolution and business approvals.
- Work with technical teams, Oracle Support and implementation partners on integrations, data migrations and quarterly upgrades.
Requirements
- At least 3 years working with Oracle ERP Cloud applications, including module interactions and third-party integrations.
- Experience managing at least two full-lifecycle Oracle ERP Cloud projects, including record-to-report solutions.
- Knowledge of Oracle Finance Cloud, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany and Tax.
- Experience with the change lifecycle, functional design documents, user guides and training materials.
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Receivables and Payables is preferred.
- Experience with Oracle Procurement Cloud or Order Management Cloud is good to have.
- Knowledge of Oracle EPM, Master Data Management, OTBI, BI, Concur or Kyriba.
- Experience with RPA, Oracle Integration Cloud or global business environments is a plus.
