This international enterprise delivers enterprise resource planning, human capital management, customer relationship management, and business intelligence systems across Central and Eastern Europe, with market leadership in Romania and deployments across 41 nations. The company serves diverse sectors such as retail, manufacturing, distribution, and financial services.
The ERP technical team needs a technical consultant and SQL developer to support both new implementations and post-implementation projects. This position suits professionals who can design database structures, optimize data systems, and mentor junior colleagues. The role requires handling data migrations, configuring client databases, and working with tools like SQL Server, T-SQL, and occasionally C#, XML, JSON, PowerShell, and Python.
Responsibilities
- Design and create SQL Server solutions driven by business analysis
- Convert business logic into high-performance SQL code for ERP features
- Collaborate with analysts and developers to improve product performance
- Test internal builds of software and help clients with configuration and installation
- Handle data exports, data imports, and stored procedure tuning
- Configure and administer client SQL Server databases while troubleshooting technical problems
