Responsibilities
- Drive delivery excellence and process improvement across teams
- Solve complex customer issues by addressing root causes
- Lead weekly and monthly performance reviews with the client
- Review monthly financial performance and ensure timely invoicing
Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of handling operations or similar disciplines, or relevant project management experience
- Experience running large-scale production operations
- Experience managing projects with budget and change control
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Experience handling US banking operations is preferred
- Experience managing teams with a span of 150 to 200 FTEs
