Job Description

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise artificial intelligence and agent governance target operating models, roadmaps, policies, and roles
• Oversee full agent lifecycles across Agent Builder, Copilot Studio, SharePoint agents, Frontier agents, and Copilot connectors
• Configure Agent 365 governance including identity boundaries, auditing, and integration with Microsoft Defender, Purview, and Entra ID
• Establish Copilot Studio security controls, data loss prevention policies, capacity guardrails, and credit consumption monitoring
• Stand up AI Centers of Excellence and facilitate review cadences and executive stakeholder briefings
• Map responsible AI regulations and standards such as the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001 to practical controls
• Direct data governance workstreams within Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Fabric covering catalogs, data quality, and lineage
• Assess data readiness for artificial intelligence by addressing SharePoint and OneDrive oversharing risks and sensitivity labeling
• Develop Power Platform environment strategies, managed environments, advanced data loss prevention, and application lifecycle management patterns
• Manage Microsoft 365 collaboration governance and Azure governance policies for artificial intelligence workloads
• Partner with sales and solution engineering teams on discovery sessions, work breakdown structures, and statements of work
• Direct mid-level engineers and consultants while producing client deliverables such as runbooks, playbooks, and decision logs

Requirements

• Have at least 8 years of enterprise technology experience
• Accumulate a minimum of 4 years leading governance, security, or architecture work on Microsoft platforms within regulated or multi-business-unit environments
• Demonstrate hands-on experience in artificial intelligence and agent governance covering Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Agent Builder
• Show expertise in data governance utilizing Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Fabric
• Possess practical Power Platform governance experience encompassing environment strategy, data loss prevention, and the CoE Starter Kit
• Understand identity and security principles including Entra ID, least privilege, conditional access, and role-based access control
• Be capable of working remotely from the United States or Canada with schedule alignment for Eastern and Central business hours

Qualifications

• Demonstrate Azure artificial intelligence depth with Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, AI Search, and content safety tooling
• Bring pro-code extension experience including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, custom connectors, and API Management
• Have familiarity with ServiceNow or alternative IT service management integrations
• Hold professional certifications such as SC-100, SC-401, PL-600, AB-100, or AZ-305
