Responsibilities
- Design and maintain a portfolio of dashboards and reports to support go-to-market strategies
- Establish a standardized forecasting framework and review process alongside cross-functional teams
- Maintain shared knowledge assets and reusable definitions using markdown-based documentation
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to resolve critical business inquiries and generate data-driven insights
- Identify new opportunities to accelerate growth across the go-to-market organization
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience working as a business analyst, financial analyst, sales operations specialist, or sales strategist
- Familiarity with Claude Code or comparable AI-assisted automation and development tools for building reporting scripts and data pipelines
- Demonstrated ability to manage analytical projects from conception through to delivery
- Strong understanding of sales processes, forecasting procedures, and sales models
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
Qualifications
- Advocate for AI-first methodologies in business intelligence, reporting, and analytics
- Background working within recurring revenue, subscription, SaaS, or consumption business models
- Prior experience handling predictive analytics, forecasting, and statistical modeling
- Demonstrated history of supporting executive leadership, CRO, or CFO teams
