NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture is currently hiring a Sr. Developer, AI and Agentforce to join the AI Acceleration team on a full-time, remote basis. NeuraFlash specializes in AI, AWS, and Salesforce innovation, delivering advanced tools such as Salesforce Einstein, Service Cloud Voice, Amazon Connect, and Agentforce to clients.
In this role, the Sr. Developer will deliver high-quality, scalable solutions across Salesforce Agentforce, Data 360, and adjacent AI technologies. Responsibilities include building and testing intelligent agents, designing data architectures, prototyping emerging AI capabilities, and collaborating directly with clients on strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will leverage modern coding frameworks, maintain platform certifications, and apply AI development assistants to maximize build efficiency.
This position suits experienced software developers with a strong foundation in object-oriented programming, Git, and Salesforce development who want to help shape the next wave of generative AI transformations. Travel of up to 25% is expected for customer projects and company events.
Responsibilities
- Build, test, and enhance Agentforce Agents, workflows, and automations for internal and client-facing experiences
- Design and build scalable and secure data architectures on Salesforce Data 360, including DLOs, DMOs, and identity resolution strategies
- Prototype and evaluate net-new AI technologies adjacent to the Salesforce stack
- Engage with clients to define requirements and deliver complex solutions combining Salesforce and adjacent AI technologies
- Develop applications utilizing the Lightning Framework, Apex, and JavaScript
- Collaborate with project teams to translate strategic and exploratory requests into technical solutions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce releases, Agentforce updates, and platform best practices
- Travel up to 25% of the time for company events and client projects
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience involving Apex, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript
- Strong proficiency in the Apex language, coding patterns, and best practices
- Solid foundation in software development principles, object-oriented programming, and programming fundamentals
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and source tracking via Git
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST APIs
- Hands-on experience building solutions on Salesforce Data 360
- Demonstrated experience creating Agentforce agents, workflows, and automations
- Active curiosity and experimentation with AI technologies outside of core Salesforce
- Ability to quickly learn new technical skills and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- Experience with Data 360 capabilities such as unstructured DMOs, retrievers, search indexes, RAG, and identity resolution
- Familiarity with Agentforce Agent Script
- Relevant certifications including Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Agentforce Specialist, or Claude Certified Architect
- Prior consulting or professional services delivery experience
- Prototyping experience with vector databases, agent orchestration frameworks, or LLM providers outside the Salesforce ecosystem
- Exposure to additional Salesforce Clouds like Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Understanding of Salesforce Enhanced Chat, Omni-channel, and Amazon Connect or other telephony platforms
- Ability to write, test, and deploy AWS Lambda functions
- Proficiency with Claude Code or similar AI coding agents
