  • Establish shared operational queues, standard operating procedures, quality standards, and key performance indicators
  • Direct daily operational rhythms such as job board health, weekend and 24/7 rotations, and a two-hour scoping call service level agreement
  • Ensure defensibility through proper methodology, documentation, and compliance with state private investigator licensing
  • Lead and mentor regional directors, managers, examiners, and analysts while building career paths and succession depth
  • Serve as the senior forensic subject matter expert for clients, sales, and complex matters
  • Collaborate with the sales team to grow revenue and help define, price, and launch new service offerings
  • Manage vendor relationships and toolchains including Cellebrite and remote collection software
  • Track utilization metrics, billable hours, unit economics, and prepare inputs for weekly and monthly business reviews

Requirements

  • At least 12 years of experience in digital forensics, investigations, or eDiscovery collections
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading distributed teams containing managers or directors
  • Hands-on expertise in forensic acquisition and analysis for computers, mobile devices, cloud environments, and collaboration platforms
  • Track record in client-facing interactions, pricing services, managing budgets, and handling escalations
  • Experience managing utilization-based teams, capacity planning, and cross-regional staffing
  • Based in the United States and eligible to work in the country
  • Ability to travel to client locations and obtain state private investigator licensing where necessary

Qualifications

  • Professional certifications such as EnCE, CCE, GCFE, GCFA, or Cellebrite CCO and CCPA
