Mitratech is seeking a Sr Full Stack Engineer to join its globally dispersed team on a remote basis within the United States. Mitratech has spent over 35 years building operational software for HR, compliance, risk, and legal functions, serving thousands of client organizations globally. In this role, the engineer will focus on creating HR software by applying artificial intelligence and implementing screening technology with a strong emphasis on user experience. This position suits an experienced developer who wants to build scalable B2B SaaS web services while researching and prototyping AI-driven development tools. Qualified professionals will earn an annual salary ranging from USD 150,000 to 170,000, supplemented by US employee benefits and bonus eligibility.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web services for the core B2B SaaS application
- Write clean, high-quality, and well-tested code primarily using Go
- Architect and manage complex database schemas and queries using PostgreSQL
- Lead initiatives to research, prototype, and implement AI-powered tools for CI/CD optimization, automated reviews, and code completion
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineering peers to build user-centric solutions
- Mentor other engineers and promote engineering best practices
