Simeio seeks a Sr IAM Engineer (Ping) to handle the setup, configuration, implementation, and connection of enterprise Identity and Access Management systems. This remote position centers on the Ping Identity technology suite, encompassing PingFederate, PingOne, PingAccess, PingDirectory, and PingID. Responsibilities
- Design, configure, deploy, and integrate enterprise identity and access management solutions using the Ping Identity platform
- Implement single sign-on, federation, and multi-factor authentication solutions
- Execute application integrations using protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and SCIM
- Perform testing and troubleshooting activities for IAM deployments
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Take part in CI/CD pipelines and change management procedures
Requirements
- Experience with the Ping Identity platform including PingFederate, PingOne, PingAccess, PingDirectory, and PingID
- Proficiency in OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, and SCIM integrations
- Knowledge of SSO, Federation, and MFA implementation
- Background in IAM architecture, authentication, and authorization
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and application integration
- Skills in testing, troubleshooting, and drafting technical documentation
- Experience supporting deployments and release management activities
Qualifications
- Knowledge of NIST 800-63 guidelines covering IAL, AAL, and FAL
- Experience working within the Federal Government or other regulated industries
- Linux administration and scripting capabilities
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automated deployment workflows
