This remote, full-time position carries an annual salary range of GBP 61,600 to 77,000, plus variable compensation. The chosen candidate will operate in a fast-paced setting to design pricing models aligned with organizational targets and buyer expectations. Responsibilities involve partnering with sales, marketing, finance, and product management teams, alongside serving as the EMEA point of contact for Deal Desk new deal requests. Ideal candidates possess a strong background in corporate finance or accounting within SaaS environments, coupled with advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
Responsibilities
- Execute pricing changes inside the company platform and Salesforce
- Coordinate end-to-end processes for accurate, compliant country-specific fee updates including admin fees, employer burden, indirect tax, and visa costs
- Act as the primary contact for pricing and billing workflows
- Handle new deal requests in EMEA through the Deal Desk to align with financial goals
- Collaborate with international team members regarding regional deals
- Keep new deal calculators updated and build new analysis when necessary
- Contribute to Deal Desk automation initiatives for renegotiations and new deals
- Generate monthly metrics reports regarding customer and professional data
- Partner with FP&A colleagues to produce monthly Board of Directors packs
- Provide finance business partnering support to sales departments including partner channels, account executives, and revenue operations
- Translate growth objectives into capacity planning for forecasts and budgets
- Define and measure KPIs to evaluate performance and drive revenue predictability
- Translate insights into actionable advice for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience in accounting and corporate finance, preferably in a multi-product and multi-region SaaS organization
- Hands-on background with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems and familiarity with billing and pricing workflows
- Advanced Excel skills paired with robust financial modeling and analytical capabilities
- Capacity to manage competing deadlines and adapt to evolving priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional and executive discussions
