The business is currently hiring a Sr. Product Manager for Accounts & Payments to own a strategic pod focused on monetization, payment infrastructure, fraud prevention, account security, or compliance.
This remote position involves building scalable systems, balancing growth with regulatory requirements, and reducing manual operational burdens. The role suits a strategic product leader with a background in regulated industries who can collaborate closely with engineering, finance, legal, and operations departments.
Responsibilities
- Manage a multi-year roadmap for a designated domain within core products
- Navigate competing business priorities such as growth versus trust and speed versus compliance
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to build systems capable of scaling across new states and transaction volumes
- Design internal tools and product features to minimize manual operational work and reduce delays
- Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, finance, operations, customer experience, and data
- Communicate strategic vision and project progress to company leadership
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience
- At least 1 year of experience leading a small product management team or owning a critical squad
- Expertise in at least one core area including payments, monetization, fraud prevention, account security, compliance, or player protection
- Demonstrated ability to ship complex, cross-functional products that influence business metrics
- People leadership skills covering mentorship and team accountability
- Experience working in regulated industries such as fintech, gaming, payments, or healthcare
- Familiarity with web and mobile product experiences on the Apple App Store and Google Play
- Authorized to work for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship
Qualifications
- Background scaling payments, fraud systems, or compliance within a fintech or gaming platform
- Demonstrated success in lowering fraud losses, enhancing monetization, or streamlining compliance at scale
- In-depth knowledge of state-level regulations pertaining to gaming, money movement, or consumer finance
- Prior experience delivering internal tooling or back-office interfaces to increase team efficiency
- Experience developing junior product managers into leaders
- Understanding of payment networks, fraud detection tools, or compliance automation
- Strong personal interest in sports, fantasy sports, or the gaming industry
