CentralReach is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the growth of CR Essentials, an artificial intelligence-powered care software platform built for startup and small therapy providers. In this position, the practitioner will guide strategy and handle hands-on execution for revenue cycle management, clinical capabilities, and practice management features. This role suits a professional comfortable balancing high-level planning with direct delivery while navigating complex operational workflows. The person selected will collaborate alongside engineering, user experience, billing, clinical, customer success, and support departments to build scalable solutions that maintain the platform's core strengths while delivering a simple experience for users.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to shape and develop the product strategy specifically around practice management and revenue cycle management
- Manage the end-to-end execution of the product roadmap from initial discovery through final delivery
- Translate complex clinical, billing, and operational workflows into scalable solutions
- Partner with design, engineering, clinical, billing, support, and customer success teams
- Establish and monitor success metrics tied to operational efficiency, customer impact, and accuracy
- Utilize artificial intelligence tools and work with internal experts to advance artificial intelligence capabilities
Requirements
- Five to eight or more years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare, claims management, or workflow-intensive B2B software
- Familiarity with practice management and payer or claims workflows, such as billing, reporting, scheduling, and authorizations
- Background supporting or designing solutions for billing and healthcare professionals
- Experience applying artificial intelligence tools within product management and building artificial intelligence product features
- Ability to work successfully in ambiguous problem spaces and guide outcomes using product judgment and delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
- Direct background in the claims management or revenue cycle management domain
