Job Description
Bayou Recruiting Solutions LLC is looking for a senior sales executive to join its entirely remote national sales group. The job is full-time and centers on bringing in new professional staffing customers across the US, primarily enterprise and mid-sized companies. Applicants must be US residents.
The executive finds prospects among large enterprises, including Fortune 1000 firms, and among mid-market businesses. The role covers the whole sale, starting with first contact and ending when a new client is onboarded. Because deals take a long time and involve many stakeholders, the executive must build influence across several decision-making levels, hit assigned goals and maintain strong bonds with prospects and existing accounts. Industry events are part of the job.
Offerings include direct hire and contingent staffing, plus the ReflikOne model, described as managed-service-provider-style support paired with direct hire. The company positions itself as reshaping how staffing gets delivered, and the executive is expected to help expand its share of the US market.
Applicants need seven or more years of experience selling professional staffing, such as IT, finance and accounting, or engineering, into mid-market and enterprise companies. The listing says candidates whose work history is chiefly medical or blue-collar staffing will be turned away. A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, and the executive must be able to travel to conferences two or three times per year.
Responsibilities
- Find prospects among Fortune 1000 and mid-market companies across the US
- Run each deal from first outreach to new client onboarding
- Steer lengthy sales processes and sway decision-makers at multiple levels

- Represent the company at industry events
Requirements
- Seven-plus years selling professional staffing (IT, finance and accounting, engineering or similar) to mid-market and enterprise clients

- Relationships across the talent community, including talent acquisition, procurement, MSP and contingent workforce program leaders
- Self-starting entrepreneurial attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree at minimum
- Willingness to travel to industry conferences two to three times annually
- Comfort with Zoom, Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Must live in the United States
