Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead Anaplan model development and function as the architectural subject matter expert for large-scale connected planning solutions
• Review, understand, and gather operational requirements that directly influence product development
• Provide concise progress updates to project teams and integrate feedback iteratively
• Establish and follow standard methodologies for creating scalable, repeatable insights
• Translate existing mockups, spreadsheets, and business needs into multi-dimensional Anaplan models
• Update and modify current models for connected solutions, optimizations, or new functionality implementation
• Implement standardized documentation and processes for Anaplan models
• Direct data integration and migration projects
• Collaborate with senior leaders to determine model strategy and architecture
• Investigate the underlying causes of reporting and data difficulties
• Drive model optimization initiatives throughout the ecosystem

Requirements

• At least three years of experience building and utilizing Anaplan models to automate and scale processes
• Demonstrated ability to handle large data sets and synthesize findings for executive consideration
• Proven problem-solving capabilities through expert interviews, complex data handling, and stakeholder guidance
• Experience leading end-to-end model builds within Anaplan
• Ability to operate cross-functionally alongside executive leadership with high autonomy, accountability, and integrity

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a technical discipline like mathematics, engineering, or data analytics, or a business field such as finance, operations, or accounting
• Consulting background or previous experience in an Anaplan architecture position
• Experience cooperating on dynamic projects alongside go-to-market teams
• Background leading organizational change or project management
• Master Anaplanner Certification
