In this position, the professional will collaborate alongside recruiters and organizational leaders to design sourcing methods and establish talent pipelines. Key duties involve conducting market research, executing targeted outreach to passive applicants, managing complex searches for niche positions, and maintaining accurate records inside applicant tracking and customer relationship management systems. The specialist will also ensure a positive experience for applicants from initial contact until the recruiter handover.

Responsibilities

- Establish and sustain talent funnels for current and upcoming hiring requirements
- Locate and connect with passive candidates through networking, creative sourcing, and direct outreach
- Perform market mapping to supply intelligence regarding candidate availability, competitors, and new skill sets
- Collaborate with business leaders and recruiters to align on hiring priorities
- Execute complex and niche searches across manufacturing, battery, and BESS environments
- Track candidate pipelines and activity accurately using CRM and ATS software
- Provide a positive candidate experience from initial contact to recruiter handoff
Requirements
- Possess a bachelor degree or equivalent professional background
- Demonstrate talent sourcing or recruiting experience within manufacturing, automotive, energy, or technical sectors
- Show a proven track record of finding and engaging passive candidates for hard-to-fill positions
- Bring experience using CRM and ATS platforms
- Utilize strong research, Boolean search, social sourcing, market mapping, and networking capabilities
- Demonstrate the ability to operate independently and resourcefully in a fast-paced setting
- Display strong organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Maintain the ability to work Eastern Standard Time hours
Qualifications
- Experience sourcing within the battery ecosystem, such as energy storage, battery manufacturing, or related technologies
- Familiarity or exposure to Battery Energy Storage Systems/Solutions
- Background in sourcing talent from advanced manufacturing, energy, automotive, or related industries
- Prior experience with Eightfold software
