GlobalLogic is currently hiring a Staff Mobile Engineer on a contract basis to serve as a Mobile Tech Lead. This remote role involves building and maintaining business-critical mobile applications for an American consumer financial services leader.
The position suits an engineer who prioritizes human connection alongside technical skill, possessing the ability to communicate technical constraints to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Developers in this role work in small, collaborative teams on diverse projects, utilizing native platforms to build products that compete at every level. The selected candidate will engage in full-product development, support internal developer communities, and collaborate with other tech leads to improve support approaches.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the full spectrum of product development
- Engage in and lead communication with project stakeholders

- Create and follow through on broader engineering goals beyond direct product development
Requirements
- Bring 8 plus years of experience working on large development projects
- Possess experience using Kotlin, Compose, and/or Swift SwiftUI
- Demonstrate a collaborative working style within a highly team-oriented environment
Qualifications
- Stay current with evolving mobile tools including Kotlin Multiplatform and Bitrise
