- Automate routine upkeep and maintenance tasks to reduce manual human effort
- Enhance cost transparency for technical, operational, and commercial decision-makers

- Demonstrated proficiency in infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or HCL, and Helm
- Experience implementing GitOps delivery patterns and automating operational tasks with testing and rollback safeguards
- Background in security-focused configuration, access control, and secrets management
- Proven ability to advance loosely defined projects from prototypes to production environments
- Authorization to work in the United States and residency in the continental U.S.
Qualifications
- Prior employment background in fully remote organizations, growth-stage companies, or regulated industries such as HIPAA, HITRUST, or SOC 2
- Experience building, operating, or applying AI agents and AI tools to infrastructure and operations
- Advanced knowledge of observability tools including OpenTelemetry and distributed tracing, or managed monitoring platforms
- Deep networking expertise encompassing site-to-site VPNs, IPsec, or high-throughput messaging frameworks
- Experience with developer enablement, internal developer platforms, or cloud FinOps and cost visibility
