The company is hiring a Staff Product Manager, Fleet Software to direct product strategy, feature roadmaps, and business outcomes for its commercial vehicle platforms, including the ViriCiti telematics system and emerging products tailored for autonomous vehicles and commercial truck fleets.
This hands-on, individual contributor position involves full lifecycle management for software platforms used by logistics and fleet operators. The role suits an experienced professional capable of analyzing qualitative feedback and quantitative data to prioritize enhancements, define new solutions from inception, and collaborate closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams. The selected candidate will report to the Senior Director of Data and Product Management.
Compensation for this role ranges from USD 178,500 to 241,500 annually, alongside eligibility for new hire and annual merit-based restricted stock unit grants. Responsibilities
- Manage the complete product lifecycle, strategic vision, and roadmap for fleet software platforms like ViriCiti and brand-new solutions for autonomous vehicles and commercial trucks
- Identify experience gaps in current platforms and prioritize enhancements to support current operations and future scalability
- Define and build new software products targeting emerging market segments such as autonomous fleet operations and truck charging management
- Translate user needs and business priorities into actionable requirements, user stories, and performance metrics for engineering and design teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, and data science teams to execute go-to-market strategies and accelerate software adoption
- Engage directly with current and prospective fleet customers to gather workflow insights, understand pain points, and inform product decisions
- Present product progression, vision, and strategic trade-offs clearly to executive leadership and technical staff
Requirements
- Accumulate 12 years of product management experience focused on software, SaaS platforms, telematics, mobility, energy management, or fleet management
- Demonstrate a history of managing existing software platforms while simultaneously creating new products from inception
- Possess strong technical fluency to discuss software architecture, data pipelines, and APIs directly with engineering groups
- Exhibit data-driven and customer-obsessed decision-making abilities that blend qualitative insights with quantitative metrics
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholder groups
