Responsibilities
- Own the architectural design and phased, multi-quarter delivery of the enterprise organizational model

Requirements
- Ten or more years of backend engineering experience

- Experience designing platform abstractions to solve generalized enterprise requirements across a varied customer base
- Proven ability to ship complex structural problems in independent, incremental stages
- History of building cross-team alignment through technical clarity rather than authority
- Deep familiarity with enterprise architectural patterns including tenancy models, data isolation, role-based access control, and scoped permissions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored for engineering leadership and stakeholders
