This remote position involves leading cross-functional engineering initiatives across the Ads Monetization sector. The chosen candidate will partner closely with engineering leadership to evaluate trade-offs, manage project risks, establish operational processes, and ensure complex technical programs reach completion.

Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional technical programs within the Ads Monetization engineering organization
- Partner with engineering leaders to evaluate prioritization, project tradeoffs, and risks

- Engage directly in project details to guide engineering teams through planning and decision-making
- Design and improve repeatable processes to eliminate organizational inefficiencies

Requirements
