Job Description
Salesforce is hiring a Strategic Partner Account Senior Manager to serve as general manager for one of its most significant technology alliances. The position is full time and listed as remote. It owns the day-to-day partner relationship, drives go-to-market execution and leads complex new initiatives within the Strategic Technology Partnerships group.
The senior manager would craft partnership strategy across sales, enablement, marketing and operations, and steer cross-functional efforts with product, sales, marketing, enablement, legal, operations and PR. Work covers launches, continuing go-to-market programs, and internal advocacy. The role builds business review decks, scorecards and executive briefings, presents the alliance to senior leadership, and runs quarterly reviews with internal and partner participants. Influence without formal authority is central at every level.
Candidates need seven or more years in an enterprise technology setting and experience in close partnership with a hyperscaler or a major AI or tech company. A bachelor's in business, computer science, engineering or a related area is required. The posting also looks for executive poise, a balance between big-picture strategy and hands-on problem solving, and a working grasp of the AI and cloud market, including frontier labs, hyperscalers, enterprise vendors and startups. Comfort with partnership models still taking shape and a history of keeping multi-party relationships productive are also sought.
Typical base pay is 172,500 to 260,100 USD a year, rising to 207,800 to 285,800 USD in select San Francisco-area and New York-area cities. Those figures exclude bonus, incentives, equity and benefits. Perks include time off, medical, dental and vision plans, mental health resources, parental leave with pay, life and disability cover, a 401(k) and a stock purchase plan. Some roles may carry incentive pay or equity.
