Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery covering scope, schedules, financial budgets, staffing allocations, and risk mitigation.
- Handle client communications, status reporting, stakeholder workshops, and issue escalation procedures.
- Convert client requests into structured annotation rules, operational workflows, tooling configurations, and benchmarks.
- Track quality metrics including transcription precision, word error rate, diarization, and linguistic alignment.
- Resolve quality concerns and address ambiguous project specifications alongside clients.
- Advise on technical feasibility, evaluation strategies, and tooling for speech and audio pipelines.
- Develop reusable documentation, standard operating procedures, and quality assurance frameworks while guiding operations personnel.
- Contribute to scoping new initiatives, running pilot programs, and expanding voice AI capabilities.
Requirements
- Possess one to two years or more of background in AI data operations, project coordination, or delivery roles, preferably within a generative AI or frontier AI setting.
- Demonstrate hands-on familiarity with at least one workflow involving speech, audio, language, or conversational artificial intelligence.
- Show past practice in coordinating workstreams, handling stakeholders, and interacting with clients.
- Understand data quality principles, annotation procedures, and quality assurance techniques.
- Exhibit the capability to translate client needs into explicit guidelines, processes, and standards.
- Display robust problem-solving skills and the capacity to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with automatic speech recognition transcription, speaker diarization, acoustic labeling, or text-to-speech evaluation.
- Experience dealing with voice-agent scripts, interactive voice response, dialogue design, turn-taking, or conversational assessment.
- Background handling localization, cross-locale consistency, Chinese-Japanese-Korean languages, or low-resource languages.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities, specifically with German or a Nordic language.
