In this role, you will focus on discovering appropriate contributors for intricate artificial intelligence projects that demand specialized or difficult-to-find talent across various disciplines such as legal, medical, scientific, technical, translation, and localization. Operating as part of the Fulfillment team, you will collaborate alongside the Sourcing Lead, Recruitment, and Delivery departments to translate complex project criteria into successful searches, discover inventive ways to connect with contributors, and swiftly scale sourcing operations for high-volume demands. The position takes place within a data-informed, AI-enabled setting where technology supports human creativity, connection, and judgment.

Responsibilities
- Design and execute creative sourcing strategies targeting specialized, hard-to-reach, and high-volume needs
- Explore professional communities, referral networks, and non-traditional channels to discover and engage contributors
- Translate project requirements into targeted searches and adapt methodologies as needs shift
- Communicate sourcing progress, market feedback, and potential risks while highlighting challenges
- Analyze sourcing and conversion metrics to pinpoint bottlenecks, evaluate approaches, and enhance overall performance
- Leverage artificial intelligence and automation tools across research, outreach, analysis, and sourcing workflows to boost efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in sourcing, talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field

- Demonstrated ability to utilize sourcing data and funnel metrics to drive decisions and optimize outcomes
