Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute the operational strategy for Japan to align with broader regional and global goals
- Adapt global objectives to local regulations, market conditions, and regional needs across various markets
- Partner with global leaders to allocate resources, prioritize initiatives, and maintain rigorous in-region execution
- Set up key performance indicators, reporting frameworks, and operational cadences
- Optimize and construct scalable operational processes across partnerships, consumer lines, products, and other departments
- Identify efficiency gaps and execute continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide operational readiness and support for market entry strategies in Japan
- Facilitate strategic partnerships through close collaboration with relevant teams and robust operational frameworks
- Help build and run a smooth regional functional leadership team while collaborating across functions to drive accountability
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing regional operations team with a focus on inclusion and rigor
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading regional or international operations in a complex, rapidly scaling business environment
